As Caledonian Sleeper transitioned into public ownership, the organisation needed to replace the core business systems previously provided by its private operator. New ERP and CRM platforms would become the operational backbone of the business, but delivery was losing momentum and the programme required stronger governance to ensure a successful implementation.

Our role extended beyond project management. We coordinated business readiness, oversaw data migration, supported organisational change, managed cutover planning and ensured every stage of implementation was fully understood before progressing. By simplifying complex information into clear decision-making, we gave senior leaders confidence throughout the programme while allowing delivery teams to remain focused on execution.
